Step 1: Project Kick-off
Our very first step is understanding the needs you have and how we can help. Typically, this involves a 30 minute call where we will discuss:
- Needs: Ensure we understand your needs and exactly what you are expective from our services.
- Team Integration: Review how we can fit into your existing teams which includes meeting the team, understanding regular meetings we might need to attend and understanding your product tracking software.
- Next Steps: Discuss the next steps and timelines in the project.
Our Go to Market Plan Execution services include:
- Understanding of the tactics outlined in the go to market plan.
- Creating and delivering the collateral to support the go to market initiatives.
- Executing identified demand generation campaigns.
- Creating and delivering sales training for sales enablement.
- Executive feedback and reporting on project progress.
Step 2: Research
We will create a comprehensive research strategy and conduct appropriate research to ensure we understand the both the internal and external factors that will lead to success. This involves:
- Understanding your product
- Understanding your competition
- Understanding the marketing for products (direct competitors and alternatives)
Step 3: Execute
Depending on the product you select and the scope of your needs, we will execute our services based on the plan and research from the first 2 steps. We will communicate with you along the way and update and project software you choose.

Step 4: Deliverables
Once we have completed the work, we will provide all deliverables to you and provide a report-out to your executives. Depending on the work, this might include a full Go to Market plan or other collateral. You always get access to the full source files for any collateral we create.
